The Ford Bronco stood out on busy roads for years with its off-road-ready design and confident capabilities. After an extended hiatus, the Bronco makes a bold return by introducing its sixth generation for the 2021 model year. The 2021 Bronco is offered with your choice of a two-door or four-door body style. Your new Bronco may have a foldable soft-top or a removable hardtop, depending on the body style selected.
Performance
The 2021 Ford Bronco is designed with the power and functionality to take you everywhere the road leads. The primary engine available for the new Bronco is a four-cylinder, turbocharged 2.3-liter gas engine that produces 270 horsepower. Higher trim levels come with a V6 turbocharged 2.7-liter engine with 310 horsepower. Regardless of your preference, you will be able to choose between a 10-speed auto transmission and a seven-speed manual transmission. If you opt for the automatic transmission, your Bronco will have Trail Control and Trail Turn Assist. The manual transmission is paired with creeper equipment for improved off-road performance. Part-time four-wheel drive and GOAT are standard across the full Bronco lineup for 2021. GOAT, or Go on Any Terrain, describes a drive-mode system interlinked with software to adjust road conditions, traffic, and weather.
