Performance

The 2023 Ford Maverick is a compact, crew-cab model offered in three trims. All trims have a hybrid 2.5-liter, four-cylinder powertrain system that delivers 191 combined horsepower. This system includes front-wheel drive and continuously variable auto transmission. An optional 250-horsepower, turbocharged gas engine is available, with front-wheel or all-wheel drive and eight-speed auto transmission. The 2023 Ford F-150 is a full-size truck with three-bed lengths, three cab styles, and nine trims. There are also six powertrains, which are offered exclusively with a 10-speed auto transmission. Some of these options are a 3.3-liter, V6, 290-horsepower system, and a 5.2-liter, supercharged V8, 700-horsepower system. A turbo hybrid 3.5-liter V6 is also available and produces 430 combined horsepower.

Appearance

The compact Maverick is visibly smaller but shares its tall, confident profile with the F-150. Its sides are smooth with thin definition over the round wheel wells and light molding across the lower door panels. The grille is rectangular and sits between large, square headlights. This geometric look extends to the black bumper. The F-150 has substantial definition through the lower portion of its doors and the flanks of its hood. The grille is large and trends inward at the sides as it touches the rectangular headlights. These headlights are outlined on two sides with an LED ribbon. The front bumper is enhanced with a skid plate.

Features

If you opt for the 2023 Maverick, your truck could come with a heated steering wheel, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a Sync 3 infotainment system, adaptive cruise control, heated seats, evasive steering assist, lane keeping, USB ports, simulated leather seating, a power-sliding rear window, a dual-zone auto climate control system and more. The 2023 F-150 is available with these features and adds others at select trim levels. These include Pro Power Onboard, massaging front seats, a two-panel moonroof, a 360-degree camera, heated rear seats, power-adjusting pedals, and a few others.
